Development Day is Cosmote Telekom’s latest HR initiative, empowering employees to explore opportunities and take ownership of their career growth. The idea was visually expressed through distinct, organic shapes, symbolising the uniqueness of every employee’s career. We brought the concept to life through a series of hybrid events that connected 1,000+ on-site participants and 10,000+ virtual attendees, featuring inspiring speakers, employee panels, info booths and engaging activations.
